California:
The Getty Villa
and West Hills

The Getty Villa, opened in 1974, is located at the easterly end of the Malibu coast in the Pacific Palisades neighbourhood of Los Angeles. It is an educational center and museum dedicated to the study of the arts and cultures of ancient Greece, Rome, and Etruria.

Our cousin Lyuba from LA was our guide on the visit to the Getty Villa on May 26, 2014.

West Hills is a neighbourhood in the western San Fernando Valley region of the City of Los Angeles. The area was named Canoga Park in 1930, and renamed West Hills in 1987.
West Hills photos were taken by Nelly Shvartsman on September 9, 2020.
