Casa Loma (Spanish for "Hill House") is a Gothic Revival style mansion and garden in midtown Toronto. It is located at 1 Austin Terrace on the hill, which interrupts Spadina Rd. North of the Casa Loma Spadina Rd continues. The mansion sits at an elevation of 140 metres above sea level. It was built from 1911 to 1914 as a residence for financier Sir Henry Pellatt. The architect was E. J. Lennox, who designed several other city landmarks.
